Cresta B+ adds a second monopolar channel to the Digital keypad platform so two surgeons can work with independent hand-switch control while sharing one generator.
SafeTis, ContactIQ, and Program Manager carry over from Cresta B, with dual-mode operation for simultaneous coagulation when the case demands it.
